The price shown is the price you pay: no shipping line is added at checkout. Ordering several? The price per shirt stays the same up to 9; from 10 items in one cart an automatic 10% discount applies, and 15% from 25. Each shirt in the cart can carry a different photo.
How long does a single custom t-shirt take to reach Canada?
There is no stock: your shirt is printed after you order. Production takes 2 to 4 business days, then the carrier takes over. Allow up to 15 business days in total, and add a few days around Christmas. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves.
Which t-shirt is it, and which sizes?
- The shirt: Gildan cotton, 150 gsm Softstyle (forest green and pale pink are on 180 gsm Heavy Cotton).
- 9 colours: white, black, navy, heather grey, red, forest green, burgundy, sand, pale pink.
- Sizes: adult unisex S to 2XL, same price. No kids' sizes. Check the size guide against a shirt the person already wears.
- Print: one side, your photo plus text if you want it. A free AI background-removal button cuts out the subject, right in your browser.
Where is my t-shirt printed?
We work with a network of print partners that produces as close as possible to the delivery address: your shirt is printed in the network's facility nearest your Canadian address, then handed to the carrier. That is what keeps shipping included in the price, from a single item.
Questions we get asked
Is there a minimum order for a custom photo t-shirt? No. You can order a single t-shirt with your photo. The price per shirt is the same from 1 to 9 items; an automatic 10% discount applies from 10 items in one cart and 15% from 25.
How long does delivery to Canada take? Each shirt is printed to order in the print partner's facility nearest the delivery address: 2 to 4 business days of production, then transit. Allow up to 15 business days in total.
What if my t-shirt arrives with a defect? A printing error, a manufacturing defect, the wrong size or colour on our side, or damage in transit is replaced or refunded at no cost. Report it within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Because each shirt is personalized, there are no returns for a change of mind.
Will I pay customs duties or taxes on delivery? Shipping is included and nothing is added at checkout. Our shipping policy states: “Outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, Canada), customs duties or local taxes may apply on receipt: they are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient.”
What sizes are available? Adult unisex sizes S to 2XL, same price for every size. There are no kids' sizes.
What photo quality do I need? Use the original photo, not a copy saved from a messaging app, ideally at least 2000 pixels on the short side. The preview warns you if the image is too small for the print.
