The price shown is the price you pay: no postage is added at checkout. Ordering several? The price per hoodie stays the same up to 9; from 10 items in one basket an automatic 10% discount applies, and 15% from 25. Each hoodie in the basket can carry a different photo and size.
How long does a one-off personalised hoodie take?
There is no stock: your hoodie is printed after you order, in the UK for a UK address. Production takes 2 to 4 working days, then the courier takes over. Allow up to 15 working days in total, and a few more around Christmas. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves.
Which hoodie is it, and which sizes?
- The hoodie: Gildan 18500 hooded hoodie, 280 g/m² fleece brushed on the inside, lined hood with drawstring, kangaroo pocket, unisex cut.
- 9 colours: white, black, navy, sport grey, red, forest green, maroon, sand, light pink.
- Sizes: adult unisex S to 2XL, same price. Check the size guide against a hoodie the person already wears.
- Print: direct-to-garment on the chest above the pocket, A3 area, your photo plus text if you like.
- Care: machine wash at 30 °C inside out, dry flat with the hood laid out, no tumble dryer.
What photo works best on a hoodie?
The chest area is roughly A3 in portrait, so a portrait or square photo fills it best. A tight crop on a face or a pet reads better than a wide shot, and a cut-out subject sits cleanly on coloured fabric. Use the original file rather than a copy saved from WhatsApp or another messaging app; the preview shows the hoodie before you pay and warns you if the image is too small.

Is there a minimum order for a personalised photo hoodie? No. You can order a one-off hoodie with your photo. The price per hoodie is the same from 1 to 9; an automatic 10% discount applies from 10 items in one basket and 15% from 25.
How long does UK delivery take? Each hoodie is printed to order in the UK for a UK address: 2 to 4 working days of production, then delivery. Allow up to 15 working days in total.
What if my hoodie arrives faulty? A misprint, a manufacturing fault, the wrong size or colour on our side, or damage in the post is replaced or refunded free of charge. Tell us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. As each hoodie is personalised, there are no returns for a change of mind.
Will I pay customs or import charges? Shipping is added at checkout (free from €50). Our shipping policy states: “Outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, Canada), customs duties or local taxes may apply on receipt: they are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient.”
Which sizes are available? Adult unisex sizes S to 2XL, same price for every size. The Gildan 18500 has a relaxed unisex cut, a lined drawstring hood and a kangaroo pocket.
How good does my photo need to be? Use the original photo rather than a copy saved from WhatsApp or another messaging app, ideally at least 2000 pixels on the short side. The preview warns you if the image is too small to print well.
