The price shown is the price you pay: no postage is added at checkout. Ordering several? The price per mug stays the same up to 9; from 10 items in one basket an automatic 10% discount applies, and 15% from 25. Each mug in the basket can carry a different photo.
How long does a one-off personalised mug take?
There is no stock: your mug is printed after you order, in the UK for a UK address. Production takes 2 to 4 working days, then the courier takes over. Allow up to 15 working days in total, and a few more around Christmas. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves.
Which mug is it, and can it go in the dishwasher?
- The mug: white ceramic, 325 ml, comfortable handle.
- Print: sublimation over a 20 × 9.5 cm area, almost all the way round. The colours are in the glaze, not on top of it.
- Care: dishwasher and microwave safe. Avoid abrasive sponges.
Which photo works best on a mug?
The printed band is wide and short, about 20 × 9.5 cm: a landscape photo, or two photos side by side, fills it best. A tight crop on faces reads better than a wide shot. Use the original file rather than a copy saved from WhatsApp; the preview shows the mug before you pay and warns you if the image is too small.

Is there a minimum order for a personalised photo mug? No. You can order a one-off mug with your photo. The price per mug is the same from 1 to 9; an automatic 10% discount applies from 10 items in one basket and 15% from 25.
How long does UK delivery take? Each mug is printed to order in the UK for a UK address: 2 to 4 working days of production, then delivery. Allow up to 15 working days in total.
What if my mug arrives broken or faulty? A misprint, a manufacturing fault, or a mug that arrives broken or damaged in the post is replaced or refunded free of charge. Tell us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. As each mug is personalised, there are no returns for a change of mind.
Will I pay customs or import charges? Delivery is included and nothing is added at checkout. For a UK address the mug is printed in the UK. Our shipping policy states: “Outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, Canada), customs duties or local taxes may apply on receipt: they are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient.”
