The price shown is the price you pay: no postage is added at checkout. Ordering several? The price per t-shirt stays the same up to 9; from 10 items in one basket an automatic 10% discount applies, and 15% from 25. Each t-shirt in the basket can carry a different photo.
How long does a one-off personalised t-shirt take?
There is no stock: your t-shirt is printed after you order, in the UK for a UK address. Production takes 2 to 4 working days, then the courier takes over. Allow up to 15 working days in total, and a few more around Christmas. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves.
Which t-shirt is it, and which sizes?
- The t-shirt: Gildan cotton, 150 gsm Softstyle (forest green and pale pink are on 180 gsm Heavy Cotton).
- 9 colours: white, black, navy, heather grey, red, forest green, burgundy, sand, pale pink.
- Sizes: adult unisex S to 2XL, same price. No children's sizes. Check the size guide against a t-shirt the person already wears.
- Print: one side, your photo plus text if you like. A free AI background-removal button cuts out the subject, right in your browser.
Questions we get asked
Is there a minimum order for a personalised photo t-shirt? No. You can order a one-off t-shirt with your photo. The price per t-shirt is the same from 1 to 9; an automatic 10% discount applies from 10 items in one basket and 15% from 25.
How long does UK delivery take? Each t-shirt is printed to order in the UK for a UK address: 2 to 4 working days of production, then delivery. Allow up to 15 working days in total.
What if my t-shirt arrives faulty? A misprint, a manufacturing fault, the wrong size or colour on our side, or damage in the post is replaced or refunded free of charge. Tell us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. As each t-shirt is personalised, there are no returns for a change of mind.
Will I pay customs or import charges? Delivery is included and nothing is added at checkout. For a UK address the t-shirt is printed in the UK. Our shipping policy states that for deliveries outside the EU, including the UK, duties or local taxes may apply on receipt; they are set by the destination country and paid by the recipient.
Which sizes are available? Adult unisex sizes S to 2XL, same price for every size. There are no children's sizes.
How good does my photo need to be? Use the original photo rather than a copy saved from WhatsApp or another messaging app, ideally at least 2000 pixels on the short side. The preview warns you if the image is too small to print well.
